Timeframe
- 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
- Additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach.
- Reverse pick-up services available with a Rs 100 reverse shipment fee per order.
Pick-up Attempts
- Pick-up will be attempted twice.
- If unsuccessful, customers must send the shipment back to the company address.
- Reverse Pick Up availability depends on the service in the area pin code.
COD Orders
- Store credit provided within 1-2 working days for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
Condition of Return
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- Refund not provided for poor condition or clearly worn items.
Processing Time
- Allow 7 days for return processing.
- Refund/bank transfer applicable for prepaid orders/online payments.
COD Payments
- Store credit provided for COD payments.
Non-Refundable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer Support
- Queries addressed on Instagram @Irislifestyle, Monday-Sunday, 10 am-8 pm.
- Pending queries resolved on priority the next day.
Cancellations
- Possible until the order is dispatched.
Hygiene Standards
- Certain product categories, e.g., accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, perfumes, not eligible for returns.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
- BOGO Sale or similar promotions not eligible for returns.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS
- If pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, self-ship to Irislifestyle Warehouse.
- Refund within 48 hours after receiving the product(s).
